چکیده
The use of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) with biochar is apprised to be a promising bio-fertilizer for improving the soil fertility and growth development. current study aimed identify potential rhizobacterium alongside improve sesame seedling productivity. Our results revealed that among nine isolates, SIR01, SIR03, SIR07 significantly improved biomass Waito-C rice seedlings. increase in seedlings through isolate SIR07, suggests their ability produce phytohormones such as GA4, GA9, GA24, GA34. Furthermore, application SIR03 together synergistic (fresh dry weight) compared individual applications. This may explained by enhancement photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll fluorescence, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate combined treatment. co-inoculation can considered an eco-friendly, low-cost potentially

Rhodobacter sphaeroides spd mutations allow cytochrome c2-independent photosynthetic growth.
In Rhodobacter sphaeroides, cytochrome c2 (cyt c2) is a periplasmic redox protein required for photosynthetic electron transfer. cyt c2-deficient mutants created by replacing the gene encoding the apoprotein for cyt c2 (cycA) with a kanamycin resistance cartridge are photosynthetically incompetent. Spontaneous mutations that suppress this photosynthesis deficiency (spd mutants) arise at a frequ...
متن کاملThe photosynthetic apparatus of Rhodobacter sphaeroides.
Functional and ultrastructural studies have indicated that the components of the photosynthetic apparatus of Rhodobacter sphaeroides are highly organized. This organization favors rapid electron transfer that is unimpeded by reactant diffusion. The light-harvesting complexes only partially surround the photochemical reaction center, which ensures an efficient shuttling of quinones between the p...

Native tubular membranes were purified from the purple non-sulfur bacterium Rhodobacter sphaeroides. These tubular structures contain all the membrane components of the photosynthetic apparatus, in the relative ratio of one cytochrome bc1 complex to two reaction centers, and approximately 24 bacteriochlorophyll molecules per reaction center. Electron micrographs of negative-stained membranes di...
متن کاملComplexes of Rhodobacter sphaeroides and Rhodobacter capsulatus
Photosynthetic bacteria offer excellent experimental opportunities to explore both the structure and function of the ubiquinol-cytochrome c oxidoreductase (bcl complex). In both Rhodobacter sphaeroides and Rhodobaeter capsulatus, the bCl complex functions in both the aerobic respiratory chain and as an essential component of the photosynthetic electron transport chain. Because the bc~ complex i...
متن کاملA Rhodobacter sphaeroides Protein Mechanistically Similar to Escherichia coli DksA Regulates Photosynthetic Growth
ABSTRACT DksA is a global regulatory protein that, together with the alarmone ppGpp, is required for the "stringent response" to nutrient starvation in the gammaproteobacterium Escherichia coli and for more moderate shifts between growth conditions. DksA modulates the expression of hundreds of genes, directly or indirectly. Mutants lacking a DksA homolog exhibit pleiotropic phenotypes in other ...
